I had chosen to use Jon and Nina as they came highly recommended after I put a post out on Facebook asking for suggestions of Real Estate agents. They were amazing and never gave up looking for me even when I said that I had a strong interest in an apartment that was a private sale, which really was too small. Jon showed me a property online and he nailed it. The townhouse is exactly what we wanted in an area I hadn’t considered. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again as they know the area well. If you are looking for agents to help you with finding a property to purchase Jon and Nina are brilliant.

I would highly recommend Jon and Nina. They are professional, extremely helpful and have an excellent knowledge of the property market in La Duquesa and the surrounding area. Importantly, they go out of their way to ensure that you get the best possible places to view. My wife and I are so pleased to have met them.

We spent a great day with Jon and Nina back in 2022 looking for our Spanish home around Estepona They both understood our brief and gave us advice on the areas that we would like - they have lived in the Manilva area for a few years and know the area like the back of their hands. They showed us around a number properties that fitted our brief. It’s true what people say when you see the property that’s meant for you - as soon as we walked in we knew that was the one.
Jon and Nina put an offer in and it was a nervous wait as it coincided with a Spanish public holiday. Thankfully our offer was accepted and Jon and Nina took over with all the formalities which was great considering we were back in UK.
On completion date they came with us to the notary and were the first to congratulate us on our dream home.
They have remained great friends ever since.
We wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Jon and Nina to help you find your home
