We spent a great day with Jon and Nina back in 2022 looking for our Spanish home around Estepona They both understood our brief and gave us advice on the areas that we would like - they have lived in the Manilva area for a few years and know the area like the back of their hands. They showed us around a number properties that fitted our brief. It’s true what people say when you see the property that’s meant for you - as soon as we walked in we knew that was the one.
Jon and Nina put an offer in and it was a nervous wait as it coincided with a Spanish public holiday. Thankfully our offer was accepted and Jon and Nina took over with all the formalities which was great considering we were back in UK.
On completion date they came with us to the notary and were the first to congratulate us on our dream home.
They have remained great friends ever since.
