Why Choose Us
A small family team dedicated to delivering your wish list, every step of the way.
Why choose us?
We are Nina and Jon, and our focus is to remain dedicated in delivering your wish list. We understand a move or investment to the Costa del Sol may be daunting, and we will ensure every step of the way is managed for you by a member of the team.
Working on your behalf, we at Omni Real Estate take pride in managing your requirements and will work diligently to deliver within budget and in a timely manner.
We are different
Omni Real Estate has been established since 2016 and is now owned and managed by husband and wife team, Jon and Nina. Based in La Duquesa, we are in a unique and vibrant location to promote your property, or to find you the home in the sun, investment or holiday home you are dreaming of.
Having taken the leap ourselves, we can share our experiences and offer bespoke support each step of the way, with weekly updates on what is happening with your purchase or sale.
We have a vast number of properties on our books, but because of the way the real estate agency system works in Spain, we can also access most of the properties up and down the coast. Working with Omni Real Estate removes the need to engage with other agents, keeping the process simple, efficient and streamlined.
When selling your property, we secure the best price for you at all times, tracking market conditions to keep it competitive and ahead of the pack. When you’re looking to buy, let us do the work for you.
